Your Tasks
- Comprehensive management of the HR lifecycle in the adult psychiatry care area (from recruitment to exit)
- Consultation and support of line managers and employees in all personnel matters, HR processes, and labor law issues
- Recruitment of specialists and executives in close cooperation with the line
- Organization and implementation of Welcome Days, leadership training, career fairs, and university events
- Coordination and support of overarching topics related to our apprentices (in cooperation with the education managers)
- Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as taking on sub-project management
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with HR further education (federal specialist certificate) or completed studies with a focus on Human Resources (Bachelor level)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in healthcare or social services
- Integrity and trustworthy personality with a high service and solution orientation
- Independent, structured working style as well as flexibility and resilience
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, professionally demanding environment
