Department Secretariat of the Department of Justice, Security and Health | 40-90% (total 130%) | Chur
The Department of Justice, Security and Health is the largest department and fulfills diverse tasks for the population of Graubünden. It includes eight offices and the department secretariat. The department secretariat is the staff unit of the department. It supports the head of the department in managing the department as well as in matters of leadership, communication, and public relations.
We are looking for two legal employees for our legal service starting March 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Independent handling of administrative complaints in the areas of penitentiary, foreigner, road traffic, and health law
- Advice and support of the department in legal matters
- Advice and support of the department's offices in legal matters
- Preparation of proposals for the government
- Answering and reviewing complex legal questions
Your competencies
- Completed legal university degree
- Professional experience in public administration, court, or law firm
- Knowledge of public law is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, resilience, teamwork, initiative
- Independent, service- and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative skills
- Flawless written and spoken German
- Knowledge of Romansh and Italian is desired
