Lawyer (m/f/d)
Starting February 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Workload: 60-100%

What to expect
- Independent handling of legal remedy procedures within the department's area of responsibility
- Drafting legal opinions and conducting legal clarifications for the department management, offices, and other administrative units
- Providing legal advice to various stakeholders
- Participation in strategic projects and working groups, e.g., in legislative processes
What distinguishes you
- Completed university degree (MLaw or lic.iur.)
- Professional experience in handling legal remedies is an advantage
- Interest in constitutional and administrative law, especially in the areas of social assistance law, citizenship law, and/or municipal law
- You enjoy working independently, remain decisive even with complex and unclear issues, think purposefully, and are used to participating in project organizations
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and precise expression in spoken and written language
- You like exchanging ideas in a team and contribute your knowledge and experience to discussions
