Then we should get to know each other, because we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a colleague as Application Specialist Responsibility 70–90%.
What to expect
- In this versatile role, you coordinate the first and second level support of our specialist applications – the resident data platform KEP and eUmzugCH – and ensure stable operation and
- are responsible for system administration (user permissions, system configuration)
- coordinate and support internal and external partners such as municipalities, suppliers, and specialist offices
- ensure quality assurance and testing during system releases
- regularly check data quality
- create and maintain documentation
- lead or accompany application-related integration and further development projects
What you bring
- A completed IT education or comparable professional experience
- Experience in application support or operation of specialist systems is an advantage
- Enjoyment of solution-oriented, independent collaboration with various stakeholders
- Willingness to take on specialist responsibility for a small team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as French knowledge for simple conversations
- Understanding of the language of business analysts and interest in the interface between technology and business
