Assembler in the Performance Laboratory 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

About the Position

As an assembler in the performance laboratory, you will find an extraordinary and varied challenge by strengthening our high-performance laboratory as a technically skilled all-rounder and doer with foresight. Our test engineers conduct tests with our circuit breakers. You are responsible for ensuring that the circuit breakers are manufactured and installed according to customer requirements. Proper inspection after the tests is also part of your duties. In addition to carrying out tests in-house, you sometimes accompany tests in external laboratories. 

What You Can Achieve 

• Assembly of test objects across the entire spectrum of high-voltage switchgear

• Conducting inspections of the test devices after the test

• Setting up the test setup before and dismantling it after the tests

• Assisting with the maintenance of the test system 

• Handling insulating gas filling and evacuation systems 

• Coordinating work with customers 

What You Bring With You 

• Experience in the safe handling of simple crane systems, forklifts, pedestrian stackers, and aerial work platforms is desirable 

• Willingness for flexible working hours (no shift work)

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and a high quality awareness 

• Compliance with safety regulations and willingness to say stop in dangerous situations

• Technical understanding and manual skills
