This is the job - Your main tasks at Eraneos
You analyze and optimize processes, write technical concepts, and are responsible for requirements engineering.
You advise our clients, especially at the interface between technology/IT and business. You conduct workshops, interviews, and training sessions.
You are the direct contact person for our clients, design and implement innovative solutions, and work closely with stakeholders on the client side and your Eraneos team.
You solve challenging problems in the areas of strategy development, process management, procurement, and transformation as part of a team.
This job is for you if
You are a team player, think analytically, work in a structured way, and bring good communication and presentation skills.
You have 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis or consulting, ideally in the public administration environment.
You already have experience in gathering, documenting, and modeling requirements as well as writing technical concepts.
You hold a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, business informatics, business administration, or a similar discipline.
You speak fluent German and/or French.

Relevant certifications or further training such as CPRE, ITIL, PSM, HERMES Advanced.
