Florist 80%Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 women and men with diverse professional profiles. JuWe is responsible for criminal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For JuWe employees, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.
The Uitikon Measures Centre (MZU) is the socio-pedagogical-therapeutic competence centre of JuWe for the criminal and measure enforcement of juvenile and young adult offenders.
For our sales shop and floristry, we are looking for a committed, socially competent and resilient personality.
Your tasks
- Sale of floristry goods and MZU shop products
- Care and design of the "MZU window to the outside"
- Support in the individual care and guidance of young offenders
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a florist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge in the field; vocational further training is an advantage
- Experience in training and supervising apprentices
- Fluent German language skills
- Life-experienced and confident personality with pronounced communication and social skills; positive attitude towards different cultures and in dealing with juvenile and young adult offenders
- Ability to cooperate and resolve conflicts as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Impeccable reputation
- You are at least 25 years old
