• You lead the Presidential department with currently five directly subordinate employees
• You represent the municipal clerk in the management of the overall administration
• You are co-responsible for the preparation and meetings of the municipal council, attend the meetings and process the resolutions passed
• You advise authority members, individuals and institutions on administrative law issues on behalf of the municipal clerk
• You assist in the preparation of municipal assemblies as well as elections and votes and take an active role in this
• You are the coordination point for integration and cultural issues
• You lead project groups within the framework of the development of our administration
• You are responsible for the training of apprentices
• You are responsible for IT

• Several years of professional experience in a public administration
• Sound knowledge of public law
• High degree of independence, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Good manners, resilience, assertiveness as well as communication skills
• Interest and active participation in development processes in our company and the municipality
• Very good knowledge of the German language as well as stylistic confidence
• Excellent user knowledge of common software solutions and general IT skills
• Approachable and humorous manner
