  • You will lead teams to drive and deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders within top tier Health Industries clients to successfully drive their business and organisational transformations from strategy through to execution.
  • You co-develop new go-to-market strategies, target operating models and optimised processes that are fit for future, supported by rigorous analytical assessments.
  • You will support the setup and orchestration of programme and project management activities to support large-scale, complex business transformations in a fast-paced international environment.
  • You will facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and leverage agile working practices such as design thinking, SAFe, scrum, etc.
  • You will help to drive activities such as business development, proposal writing, cross-team collaborations and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • You take a key role in the expansion of a top tier consulting team in the field of Strategy & Transformation and work in a dynamic international environment. The environment is driven by respect, collaboration, strong team spirit, and winning as team not as an individual.

  • You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferably in business, science, engineering or digital discipline and you have at least 5 to 7 years work experience in strategy, transformation or operations consulting. Experience supporting clients in the pharma life sciences industries is a plus.
  • You pay attention to detail, have strong problem-solving skills and are technology proficient.
  • You are a passionate team player; you have great listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
  • You acquire a broad range of technical and soft skills through on the job and off the job trainings.
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written). German and/or French fluency is a plus.
  • You are flexible to travel within Switzerland and/or abroad to serve our international clients.
