Our newly renovated restaurant in 2023 is located in a central location in Interlaken and offers a diverse gastronomic experience:

• À-la-carte restaurant with 100 seats
• Cozy bar and elegant fumoir
• Spacious beer garden with 150 seats
• Innovative outlet restaurant with a unique concept and 80 seats

Our guests come from all over the world – from individual travelers to guided groups.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a dedicated and motivated Head Chef (m/f/d), responsible for our 3–6 kitchen staff.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and scheduling the kitchen staff
• Creating and regularly changing the menu offerings
• Taking responsibility for orders and management of storage rooms
• Monitoring and enforcing the HACCP concept
• Ensuring consistently high quality of our dishes
• Active participation in daily operations

• Completed training as a cook (EFZ)
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international environment
• Enjoy working in a lively establishment with international clientele
• Resilience, flexibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Creativity and passion for gastronomy
