Are you ready for an exciting challenge during the pre-Christmas period? To strengthen our team in the Stationery department at the Lugano location, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a sales assistant (50%) – fixed-term contract from 01.12.2025 to 31.12.2025. You can expect a welcoming team, varied tasks, and a pleasant working environment!

Your responsibilities
- You are the warm face that welcomes our customers – active, attentive, and always with a smile. You ensure that every consultation is competent and complete and that the shopping atmosphere remains inviting and attractive.
- You share specific department information with customers and take care of order and cleanliness both in the sales area and in the warehouse.
- You present our assortment with passion and remain calm and clear-headed even during the busiest moments.

Your profile
- Ideally, you already have experience in retail or sales and have a great passion for inspiring people.
- With your strong motivation and willingness to work, you bring commitment to the team.
- Your sense of order ensures an attractive point of sale, and your neat and friendly appearance makes you the ideal contact.
- You are flexible for shifts from Monday to Saturday, including Sunday sales days.
