Receptionist

For this family-friendly restaurant hotel*** with traditional Emmental charm, we are looking for a receptionist to start immediately or by arrangement 

Your tasks are:
Organization and coordination of reception including guest care
Check-in and check-out of guests
Reservations and guest correspondence 
Working with hotel software 
Sale of rooms and hotel offers
Professional handling of customer feedback and complaint management

We expect from you:
Comparable experience at the reception or comparable qualification
Very good German skills (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage
Open and cheerful personality 
Hospitality, good communication and resilience
