Group IT Scrum Master

Axpo's Group IT has set the ambition to become the best IT Organization of a European Energy company. As part of our IT Transformation, we are beginning our journey to shift towards agile ways of working. To shape our journey, we are looking for a Scrum Master. You will act as a servant leader and coach our agile teams. You will help educate the various teams in Scrum and Kanban and ensure the agile process is followed.

What you will do:

• You support and guide the (scrum) teams on the iteration execution and the iteration events (backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, reviews & retros))
  


• You facilitate and drive the PI Planning in close collaboration with the Release Train Engineer
  


• You improve the flow by establishing the team Kanban systems
  


• You coach the teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
  


• You foster collaboration on the team and facilitate cross-team collaboration
  


• You contribute to the further development of the agile organization
  

What you bring & who you are:

• You are an experienced Scrum Master
  


• You have a lean-agile mindset and understand what it means to act as a servant leader
  


• You bring real-life exposure to IT Transformations and have supported organizations transition from a traditional to an agile set-up
  


• Jira or ServiceNow experience is a plus
  


• Technical affinity in tooling and cloud technologies
  


• Know-how in content-related topics of DevOps teams
  


• Empathy and ability to resolve conflicts
  


• Leadership experience with multiple or distributed teams
  


• SAFe Scrum Master
  


• Certified SAFe Program Consultant is a plus
  


• You speak fluently German and English, any other language is a plus
