What you can achieve
Testing and documenting switches and assembly units (e.g., tightness, contact resistance, high voltage testing)
Maintenance and upkeep of test equipment and infrastructure (gas supply, measurement computers, instruments, etc.)
Creating error reports and root cause analyses in case of deviations
Processing orders according to work papers, checklists, and instructions
Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and adherence to specified times
Responsibility for environmental, health, and occupational safety requirements
Contributing to the optimization of key figures in quantity, quality, costs, and deadlines
Actively supporting the continuous improvement process with your own ideas
What you bring
Completed electrical or mechanical vocational training (e.g., electronics technician, automation technician, or polymechanic with experience in testing)
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of gas-insulated switchgear
Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
High sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
