How you contribute

You process and manage personnel files and documents
You create employment contracts, certificates, and references with high quality
You support data quality and currency in our core systems with a careful working style
You manage, maintain, and optimize our HR systems (including SwissSalary, rexx, Swiss+)
You participate in interdisciplinary HR projects, especially with the payroll area
You are the contact person for process-related HR questions for around 10 site managers of Senevita Casa in the western and German-speaking Switzerland
You collaborate with external service providers and system vendors

What defines you

You have completed a commercial basic education and already completed further training in the HR field (e.g., HR assistant)
Some experience in personnel and payroll administration
Enjoy working with HR systems and optimizing processes
Advanced Office skills are required, especially in Word and Excel
Committed, independent, and eager personality with pronounced team player qualities
You enjoy communicating and can also communicate flawlessly in French
