Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

The following tasks are part of your versatile role:

• Processing and managing individual and group reservations

• Ensuring smooth information flow between departments

• Responsibility for reservation and booking systems (RIMS, RMS), data quality, statistics, and commission settlements

• Strategic collaboration in budgeting, annual planning, market and trend observation, as well as participation in relevant meetings

• Leadership, development, and training of the reservation team, including compliance with and further development of LQA standards

• Implementation and control of defined yield and revenue strategies as well as support in the introduction of new processes and tools

• Commercial training, hotel management school, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in front office and reservations, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Affinity for luxury hospitality
• Confident handling of Opera Cloud, RIMS, and Hotellistat is an advantage
• Very good language skills in German and at least two foreign languages
