Responsibilities
- Responsible for translating strategic framework guidelines into operational content logics as well as developing modular, reusable content components for the areas of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Ensuring content structure, usability, consistency and cross-channel implementability of digital content
- Active interface management with other departments as a central sparring partner and ensuring consistent briefing logics, quality standards and processes
- Driving the use of AI tools and processes to scale, standardise and automate content production
- Promoting exchange formats and mutual understanding within the team as well as enabling specialists through optimised templates and frameworks
Requirements
- Completed studies or training in marketing or a comparable field, supplemented by several years of professional experience in digital content marketing
- Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of modular content structures as well as in cross-channel content delivery
- Proven experience in the use and further development of AI tools and automation processes to scale and standardise content production
- Distinct conceptual and structured working method with a high quality awareness regarding consistency, usability and implementability of content
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-departmental interface management as a competent sparring partner for internal teams and external partners
- Ability to establish briefing logics, quality standards and processes as well as to specifically enable channel specialists through practical templates and frameworks
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (business fluent); any additional language is an advantage
