Your Tasks
- Ensuring the care process of our clients
- Taking case responsibility
- Analyzing complex care and support situations
- Clarifying and coordinating necessary internal and external services
Your Profile
- Degree as certified nurse HF/FH
- Spitex experience preferred
- Independent and responsible working style
- Confident handling of IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
