- Coordination of consultations and maintenance of patient data
- Support of doctors with infiltrations, blood draws, dressing changes, and other medical activities
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and various interfaces
- Ordering and management of office and medical supplies including inventory control
- Processing emails and mail as well as general administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Medical and organizational skills that you can apply specifically
- Strong team and service orientation as well as good communication skills
- Very good German skills; French or English skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
