About the job
Your tasks- Management of personnel and payroll administration including entries/exits and time management (SAP).
- Contact person for employees, managers, and external offices regarding HR and salary questions.
- Preparation of HR reports and key figures as well as support in financial reconciliations (FI/CO).
- Participation in year-end payroll and cooperation with social insurance institutions.
- Participation in HR projects and optimization of HR processes.
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as further education in HR (e.g., personnel assistant).
- Professional experience in HR, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP HR.
- Strong service orientation, structured and proactive working style, as well as high team orientation.
- Very good German and good English skills, additional languages (FR/IT) are an advantage.
