The Education Center for Technology Frauenfeld is a competence center for vocational training and continuing education in industry, computer science, and building technology with the business areas:
Vocational basic education
Vocational baccalaureate
Bridge offers and integration courses
Vocational continuing education

About 200 dedicated teachers and lecturers as well as a customer-oriented administration are committed daily to 1500 learners/students and a modern, needs-based instruction.

With regard to the school start in August 2026, we are looking to strengthen our teaching team with a

Main tasks:

Teaching learners in the specialized area (basics of mechanical engineering)
Teaching learners in the specialized area (focus: manufacturing technology, CAM and CAD for mechanical engineering)
Planning specialized instruction
Creating and collaborating on teaching units for the new BiVo
Collaborating in the further development of the corresponding department
Maintaining the network with educational institutions as well as partners from trade and industry

Requirements:

Completed specialized studies or higher vocational education
Preferably several years of professional experience
Team player with high initiative
Preferably already experienced in teaching
Willingness for pedagogical training (vocational school teacher in part-time or full-time depending on employment percentage)
Competent handling of BYOD and digitized instruction
