Product Manager Digital 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces, and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research.

What you can achieve:

• Shape the digital future in the Hamilton product world through innovative ideas and strategic implementation.
• Develop and implement digital products and services
• Bring in new ideas for products and services and independently accompany them to market maturity
• Interact with customers, recognize needs, and translate them into digital solutions
• Work closely with colleagues in Europe and the USA to ensure global solutions and standards
• Use the flexibility of 20% home office and be ready for travel (approx. 20%)

What you bring with you:

• Training or proven experience in product management or comparable roles with a focus on digital products and solutions
• Knowledge in analyzing customer needs and market trends as well as developing digital strategies
• Basic understanding of digital technologies and platforms. Technical interest and willingness to learn
• Experience in software development environment is an advantage
• Strong "Can Do" mentality and ability to independently drive projects forward
• Openness to new technologies, trends, and working methods
