Ferring+You
As a IS Specialist Data Management based in St-Prex, your responsibility will be to manage Master-Data activities related to market requirement within FSMP Information System Data management. The focus of your role is to coordinate (different stakeholder) and make available the data required for the FSMP transaction activities and manage master data lifecycle.
Your day at Ferring

Collect data & manage master data activities linked to market requirement

Coordinate master data activities with different stakeholders
-
Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams to resolve master data issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions

Reviews and ensures consistency of master data and priorities
-
Participate to SAP non-regression testing
-
Define, measure and appropriate escalations such as delivery IS Data management, deviations or CAPA
-
Participate to deviation, investigation and CAPA
-
Respect and make GMP standards respected
FSMP Project
-
Reports on progress, risks and opportunities both from FSMP project linked to others master data managed in other information system during alignment meeting
-
IS Data management Key contributor to FSMP project (creation, update master data)
-
Update SOP and/or Work instruction
-
Participate and contribute to improvement lean manufacturing

University degree (or equivalent) or related field, or strong experience of Ferring.

Previous experience in Master-Data, plant and in a regulated environment (Pharma, Food...)

Strong IS skills: SAP Master Data and Transactional Data, MSOffice (Excel)

Previous experience of structured project management methodologies

Ability to translate business needs into reliable IT solutions.

Analytic skills and strong systematic problem solving, and good working with internal and external people across all levels in the organization

Ability to understand the process and master data across multiple information systems
-
Capable to propose alternatives from process, change, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills (written and spoken)

Fluent in French and English.
