Your Tasks
- Implementation and support of socio-pedagogical group and individual offers under professional supervision of social workers (m/f/d)
- Support in cooperation with authorities, legal guardians (m/f/d), cost carriers and other external institutions
- Participation in meetings and handovers to ensure smooth workflow
- Cooperative work in the multiprofessional team for the best possible care of clients (m/f/d)
- Networking in the psychosocial support system, including networking with relevant institutions and services
Your Profile
- Completed bachelor's degree in social pedagogy or social work
- Structured, reflective and responsible working style
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with mentally ill people
- Professional experience in this field desirable but not mandatory
- Class B driving license required
