Your tasks
– Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team of the protected residential group F1
– Staff planning
– Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of residents suffering from dementia
– Active participation in everyday nursing
– Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
– Quality assurance and further development of nursing 

Your backpack
– Training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent training
– Professional and leadership experience in the field of long-term care is an advantage
– Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
– High resilience and assertiveness
– Good knowledge of German
– Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA knowledge is an advantage)
