Junior Bankruptcy Administrator

The Office for Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy of the Canton of Thurgau, with its five district debt enforcement offices and the bankruptcy office, is a central service provider within the Cantonal Administration of Thurgau.

Our office employs around 100 staff, apprentices, and interns in the three specialist areas. The bankruptcy office is responsible for carrying out all bankruptcy proceedings according to the provisions of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act in the Canton of Thurgau.

• are pursuing a commercial further education with a legal focus or a Bachelor-Master degree in law or business administration.
• already have knowledge in the area of debt enforcement law or are willing to further educate yourself professionally.
• possess strong social skills.
• are a team player with a service- and solution-oriented personality.
• are resilient and have good assertiveness.
• can demonstrate very good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken expression.
• have a category B driving license.
