To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Restaurant Manager 100% (m/f/d) starting March 2026 or by arrangement
In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for:
- the operational management of the oriental restaurant Parisa including cost responsibility
- leading and developing the employee team through duty roster creation with Mirus 3.0 and conducting internal training
- developing and co-designing work processes and the F&B offering
- ensuring quality control and hygiene standards
- complying with and training on operational guidelines
- operational execution of smaller banquets
What you bring
You have completed service training in gastronomy/hotel management or hold a degree from a hotel management school. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and know how to work with Micros Symphony. You know and live the oriental dining culture and are familiar with a restaurant concept with an open kitchen. You speak fluent German and English; any additional foreign language is an advantage. You show sensitivity in dealing with international guests as well as in employee leadership and are interested in working with different cultures. You are an attentive and sales-oriented personality with a neat, friendly, and winning appearance. You rely on a high level of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and quality awareness.
