As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Personnel scheduling of our service and kitchen staff for the various events at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof
- Building the internal and external employee pool
- Trustful cooperation with personnel service providers
- Support of the deployed employees on site at the events
- Intensive communication with the hotel's internal specialist departments
- Selection and introduction of software for personnel scheduling
- Taking over tasks in personnel administration
- Completed training in gastronomy or business administration desirable
- Initial professional experience in personnel scheduling and in gastronomy is an advantage
- Service-oriented and confident, self-assured appearance
