To lead our Marketing team, we are looking for a dynamic International Marketing Manager.

Your mission

  • In charge of the development, implementation and adaptation of the brand global marketing and communication strategy
  • Guide, support and control the marketing activities in the affiliates and the agents worldwide
  • Responsible for the development of all marketing tools and activities: advertising campaigns, partnerships, sponsoring, ambassadors, events, social media, digital, promotions, shop designs, POS materials, PR etc
  • Drive the implementation of efficient 360° marketing campaigns, product launches, that meet business objectives and the defined KPI's
  • Be the brand guardian in term of image and quality standards. Ensure the Mido POS within the territory meet the brand's sales training and merchandising standards
  • Responsible for the marketing budget at HQ, the coordination and monitoring of the affiliates and agents investments/budgets
  • Support Digital managers in E-commerce activities; help to define the best digital marketing mix (display, social, search) according to the market objectives and support the coordination of digital media campaigns with media agency and CRM activities
  • Analyze the competition and market trends
  • Work closely with the sales and product departments to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead the brand headquarter marketing team (10 people)


  • Strategic and analytic thinking combined with a pragmatic and proactive approach to get things done
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while focused on key priorities
  • Experience in a supervisory/managerial role in an international, multicultural environment
  • Proactive and willing to travel worldwide (10-15%)

Compétences requises

  • Minimum five years of international marketing management experience with budget and team responsibility, ideally in consumer/luxury products
  • Understanding of the different marketplace commercial models and their opportunities
  • Successful records in the media sphere, with strong experience in digital (SEO / SEM / Display / Social Media campaigns / e-commerce)
  • Relevant experience in production and installation of POS collaterals and SIS


  • English & French excellent (spoken and written)
