• Ensuring and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative staffing levels: responsibility for duty and vacation planning of all employees, productivity lists
• Active participation in planning, monitoring, and achieving the budget
• Motivating leadership of the entire room service team, taking into account the established leadership principles
• Ensuring and increasing service quality by implementing qualification measures for employees
• Performing administrative tasks, such as managing and maintaining the guest file
• Leading smooth shifts, taking orders, professionally carrying out service according to set standards, assigning treatments
• Controlling inventory and compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP), conducting proper inventories
• Telephone order acceptance in compliance with quality standards
• Responsibility for proper invoicing including accounting

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in room service; experience in luxury hotels is desirable
• Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
