Tasks
- At our school, therapies complement individual support during lessons.
- As a speech therapist, you take on the broad range of tasks in the speech therapy field: assessment, goal setting, therapy, and reporting.
- You work in the setting that meets the individual needs of our students, whether individual therapy, small group, or integrative in the classroom.
- In collaboration with the therapy team, teachers, and parents, you contribute your support-oriented attitude.
- Participation in the entire support team, attending meetings and parent discussions, internal training, as well as co-organizing school events and project weeks complement your diverse range of tasks. We look forward to your active involvement in school development processes.
Requirements
- You have a recognized diploma in speech therapy or are about to complete it.
- Supported communication is an important resource in your therapeutic work.
- A respectful and clear approach to students guides your actions.
- Attention to small learning progress is one of your strengths and motivates you daily.
- Tolerance, resilience, flexibility, and a touch of humor characterize you. You enjoy school-wide collaboration.
- You are familiar with support planning in a special primary school and appreciate digital tools for this. You bring good ICT skills in Microsoft 365 and easily learn to use our school software.
