Your main tasks:

- Maintaining the building technical systems
- Conducting inspection rounds and documentation
- Planning and coordinating service work
- Accompanying third-party companies
- Performing minor repairs, changing light bulbs, relocations, etc.
- Ordering materials
- On-call duty and occasional Saturday shifts

Your profile:

- Completed technical or manual basic training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Fluent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
- Good PC skills and willingness to work with internal programs
- Structured and independent working style
- High customer orientation and good manners
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
