Your area of responsibility
Personal contact person for employees and managers for the assigned locations
Support for employees during entries, exits, and changes in the employment relationship
Support with labor law questions
Conducting initial interviews and advising departments in the selection process
Participation in projects to position Elis as an attractive employer
Support in personnel administration during bottlenecks (e.g., contracts, certificates, mutations)
Maintenance of personnel data in the HR system Abacus as well as support in time management control
Your profile
Completed commercial basic training and further training in HR at the specialist level or a completed degree in business, work psychology, or similar
Professional experience in HR support and recruitment
Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an HRM system (Abacus)
Independent, service-oriented, and precise way of working
Enjoyment in contact with people, high discretion, and ability to work in a team
Confident German, French skills are an advantage
