• Welcome, inform and guide candidates as well as hotel employees

• Establish, monitor and control declarations (accidents, illnesses, maternity) and social insurances

• Manage arrival and departure formalities of employees (permit requests, allowances, etc.)

• Handle various administrative tasks of the HR office (mail management, correspondence related to personnel movements)

• Manage apartments and houses rented to employees

• Keep employee files up to date

• Prepare HR statistics

• Participate in organizing leisure activities for employees

• Mastery of the social insurance system

• Knowledge of Swiss labor legislation, especially the collective agreement "CCNT"

• Accounting knowledge

• Basic knowledge in human resources

• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Organized, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Team spirit, flexibility

• Analytical and synthesis skills

• Listening skills, empathy, versatility

• Initiative

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Bilingual French/English (another language is an asset)

• Knowledge of Mirus and Adequasys is an asset
