Junior Admissions Coordinator (100%)

Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, motivated, aspiring sales representative who thrives working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple exciting projects and events to support and realise successfully.

Responsibilities

Primary accountabilities of this roles are included but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary contact person for supporting all admissions process related back-office tasks supporting the admissions coordinators with admittance of candidates to the school- in person, telephone, and mail.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, expenses of travelling team members. Draft meeting minutes and follow up weekly meetings.
  • Make presentations to prospective students and parents to inform them about life and educational opportunities available at Institut Montana.
  • Record and maintain important data on prospective students and parents in the Admissions Tool. Creating new students’ dossiers, requesting and processing key documents. Drafting offers and confirmation letters.
  • Analyse, understand, prepare reports from Microsoft Power BI, the admission tool, the School databank.
  • Support organization of events, conferences and educational fairs. Attend Welcome days, Farewell days and Open Houses.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and German.
  • Proven experience in working in a fast-paced customer focused environment, as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role in sales/hotellerie of at least three years.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational, skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Expertise in and/or the ability to learn quickly new software and web-based applications. Use of Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint is an asset.
  • Passion for education and working with young minds and initiative to promote the school and its mission.
