Trainee in Administration (m/f/d)

During your trainee program, you will have the opportunity to get to know the exciting and diverse tasks of the administration department in a renowned luxury hotel up close and gain first experience in an internationally known company.

• Daily recording and billing of minibar sales
• Conducting inventories and stock checks in the minibar depots, taking into account the expiration dates
• Conducting permanent and monthly inventories, evaluation/analysis of inventory results
• Preparation of daily food cost
• Creation and costing of recipes and pricing taking into account the mix of goods used
• Booking of food, beverage, and material receipts and the resulting internal goods movements
• Conducting delivery note and invoice checks
• Storage, maintenance, and conducting inventories in the warehouses
• Qualitative and quantitative control of goods receipts with empty container management
• Determination of warehouse key figures and preparation of purchasing statistics

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or graduate of a two-year hotel management school
• 2-3 years of professional experience in upscale hotels
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Teamwork skills as well as a high degree of reliability
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
