In this role, you are responsible for specifically further developing the Customer Relationship Management of Ochsner Shoes and thereby measurably increasing customer loyalty, customer lifetime value, and the efficiency of all CRM measures.Responsibilities:
- You take over the development, optimization, and management of the entire customer lifetime journey across all relevant CRM channels
- Further development and operational responsibility of the Emarsys platform including automations, trigger paths, and campaign structure
- You ensure the development and implementation of a data-driven segmentation and personalization strategy
- Conceptualization, planning, and control of CRM campaigns including newsletters, automations, physical self-mailers, and omnichannel measures
- You further develop the Ochsner Shoes Club and optimize both the benefits and club communication
- You ensure a consistent and relevant customer experience across all touchpoints
- Building and optimizing target groups for Google and Meta via Emarsys to support performance marketing
- Analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization of all CRM measures based on defined KPIs complete your area of responsibility
- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable education
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM management, ideally complemented by experience in retail, omnichannel/e-commerce, or loyalty
- Good knowledge in data analysis, segmentation, and KPI control as well as know-how in email marketing, personalization, and customer lifecycle management
- Experience with Emarsys or comparable marketing automation platforms will facilitate your start
- Fluent German skills are required; additional languages such as French and/or English are a plus
- You have a pronounced analytical and networked way of thinking, complemented by your structured and careful working style
- Your hands-on mentality helps you build new structures and lead projects
- You describe yourself as a team player with good communication skills, are open to new things, and score with your empathetic and positive nature
