- You independently manage the hotel bar.
- Stock control/orders
- Development of weekly specials and assistance in designing the bar menu.
- Support in the afternoon service on our lively hotel terrace
What we expect from you
- A completed gastronomic training as well as initial professional experience, which you have preferably gained in an upscale bar.
- You are a strong, likeable host and enjoy taking care of our numerous regular guests.
- You have good knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
- Good German and English skills, a third language (F/I) is an advantage
