You are not one of the early birds, like to take care of your kids in the morning, or simply love quiet mornings? Then welcome to our interdisciplinary private ward! We are looking for a health specialist starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with an 80% workload, mainly for late shifts.

• Ensuring care quality by adhering to the respective standards and guidelines
• Taking on tasks in logistics and housekeeping
• Contributing to the well-being of our patients
• Bringing in suggestions and ideas to actively shape the workday and thus support our sociocratic structures of co-determination.

Co-creation instead of directives: You submit your shift preferences – at least 70% of them are considered. For the rest of the planning, we find good solutions together.

Become part of the Surgery Clinic, which with over 1,500 inpatient treatments and more than 6,000 emergency patients is one of the most important service centers. You will find an exciting field of activity with disciplines including general surgery, orthopedics, spinal surgery, gynecology, and urology. Our departments are managed according to the primary nursing system and sociocratic principles.
