As part of our IT Transformation, we are beginning our journey to shift towards agile ways of working. To shape our journey, we are looking for a Release Train Engineer. You will act as a servant leader and coach all teams to adopt a lean-agile mindset. You facilitate the agile events and processes and guide the teams in delivering value while transforming. 

What you will do

• You establish, manage, drive, and optimize the flow of value using various tools, such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Program Kanba
  


• You will establish and communicate the calendars for Iterations and program increments 
  


• You facilitate and drive PI planning readiness through pre- and post-PI planning events within Group IT
  


• You are going to facilitate the PI planning event and publish outcomes for visibility and transparency
  


• You will coach leaders, teams and scrum masters in lean-agile practices and mindsets
  


• You support the set-up of the Agile Program Management Office to ensure program execution and operational excellence
  

What you bring & who you are

• You are an experienced Release Train Engineer
  


• You have a lean-agile mindset and understand what it means to act as a servant leader
  


• You bring real-life exposure to IT Transformations and have supported organizations transition from a traditional to an agile set-up
  


• You understand how IT organizations are built and the variety of services they offer and value they add to the customers
  


• You have know-how in content-related topics of DevOps teams
  


• You speak fluently German and English, any other language is a plus
