Your Tasks
- Care Process Management: You plan, control and coordinate the entire care process in your residential area and ensure high-quality care standards
- Staff Deployment Planning: In cooperation with our central deployment planning, you take responsibility for staff deployment planning and ensure smooth operations. You also actively contribute to shaping our facility.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with other professional groups to ensure holistic care for our residents (m/f/d).
- Induction of New Employees: You are responsible for the induction of new employees and support them in joining our team.
- Identification with Our Values: You identify with the tasks, goals and values of the AMEOS Care Centres Oberhausen and enjoy working with our residents (m/f/d) as well as with your colleagues (m/f/d).
Your Profile
- You are a qualified nursing professional (e.g. geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d)) and ideally have already completed further training as a residential area manager or a comparable qualification – or are willing to acquire this.
- You bring passion and commitment for working with older people and see your role as a meaningful vocation.
- Teamwork is a matter of course for you – you value collegial exchange and enjoy working together to provide high-quality care for our residents (m/f/d).
- You take responsibility, work reliably and in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
- With your professional competence and social strength, you approach both residents (m/f/d) and the team with empathy, respect and professionalism.
