We are looking for a motivated Structurer to join our Investment Solutions team, who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility.

What you'll do

• Pricing of Cross-Asset Solution (Flow and Non-Flow) by leveraging on our external hedging partners and issuers
• New product and idea generation, both with internal capacity and selecting/optimizing external proposals
• Managing trade execution process with market counterparties
• Relationship management with market counterparties including negotiating legal agreements
• Development of automated pricing tools designed for all front office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)
• Project management for platform development

What you'll need

• Excellent technical knowledge, Bachelor in Mathematics or similar
• 2-5 years working experience in structuring or equivalent role
• Knowledge of Swiss and European structured product market
• Strong team-player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of flexibility ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure, and with a high workload
• Flexibility and ability to take initiative
• Fluent in English, German, or Italian is strong plus
