Your field of activity
- Responsible for operating the vehicle scale (material deliveries and transports)
- Creation of delivery notes and documentation of material movements
- Operating and advising customers at the scale (by phone and in person)
- Monitoring and controlling the material flow within the plant
- Tasks of quality assurance, e.g. taking samples, documentation
- Creating and forwarding error messages and customer complaints
- Work deployment is on Tuesday and Wednesday
Your profile
- You have completed a vocational training and have experience in the commercial field.
- You enjoy making phone calls and taking care of our customers.
- You have a good affinity for new technologies and good IT user skills.
- You appreciate a structured, systematic, and independent way of working.
- You have solution-oriented thinking and a good grasp as well as a high sense of safety and responsibility.
- You communicate appropriately for the target audience, are a team player, and have good German skills.
- A short commute is desired.
