Kraftwerke Hinterrhein AG (KHR) and Kraftwerke Zervreila AG (KWZ) are organized as partner companies. The canton of Graubünden holds a 12 percent stake in KHR and a 12.6 percent stake in KWZ.
The government of the canton of Graubünden has the right to submit a nomination proposal to the Board of Directors for the General Assembly of KHR and KWZ for membership on the company's Board of Directors (Cantonal Representation).
