- SBAT131
- The SBAT is responsible for managing the administrative real estate assets of the State. It ensures their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and realization of new constructions or major transformations.
- As head of the Strategy and Projects Department, composed of about fifteen project managers, you ensure its direction and monitoring. In accordance with the cantonal construction policy, you define the strategic orientations of the department and guarantee their implementation, while ensuring a management of financial resources that is both rigorous and responsible. Furthermore, you coordinate all ongoing projects and lead large-scale strategic planning by integrating cultural, economic, and ecological aspects. Finally, by assisting the cantonal architect in the management of the SBAT, you contribute to shaping a coherent and sustainable vision of public heritage.
- Holder of a master's degree in architecture (EPF, HES or REG A), you have at least five years of experience in strategic planning and managing complex projects, from planning to realization. Additionally, training in management as well as proven experience in team management, ideally in the public sector, complement your background. You master building construction, project financial management, and possess good knowledge of public procurement. Recognized for your leadership, analytical mind, and strategic vision, you know how to unite collaborators around common goals. You also have solid economic knowledge and a good understanding of issues related to sustainable development.
