As a Regional Business Consultant, you are the driving force for growth in the Corporate, Financial & Professional Services segment. Your target customers include banks, financial, investment and consulting companies, as well as globally operating, English-speaking corporations from the technology and service sectors. You independently acquire and develop complex integral facility services projects and, together with the Regional Director and the operational team, are responsible for implementing the business and growth objectives in this demanding market environment.

Your main tasks:
- Proactive market development and targeted new customer acquisition in the B2B environment, focusing on the Corporate, Financial & Professional Services segment at the Zurich City business location.
- Independent responsibility for the entire sales process – from identifying and actively approaching potential customers through needs analysis, solution development, and offer preparation to presentation, contract negotiation, and handover to the operational unit.
- Building new customer relationships at decision-maker and C-level through professional appearance, market knowledge, and solution-oriented selling.
- Active positioning of the company in the market by participating in relevant industry, business, and networking events – with the goal of building a sustainable personal relationship and decision-maker network.
- Close collaboration with internal departments (Operations, Solutions, Bid Management) to develop customer-oriented, competitive offers.
Your profile:
- Technical or business administration university degree, supplemented by further training in project management, facility management, or real estate.
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or in the real estate, FM, or building technology environment, ideally in a consulting or sales-oriented role, with proven success in proactive new customer acquisition at decision-maker and C-level.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong closing orientation, and the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop tailored, integrated service solutions (IFS).
- Genuine interest and joy in the core business of our target customers – you understand the language and culture and move confidently and authentically within it.
- Very good German and business fluent English skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and modern communication tools.
