Your tasks:
As part of a committed and cooperative team, you work in an innovative environment. Your tasks are interesting and diverse:
- Participation in various research and development projects on work and health, including in the areas of mental health, self-endangerment, digital tools, and workplace health promotion in SMEs
- Support in the conception, planning, and implementation of projects for workplace health promotion (e.g., project coordination, communication with practice partners, conducting data collection and interventions)
- Editing and communication: Creating reports, evaluations, and presentations on study results. Collaborating on publications. Preparing practical examples and content for www.gesunde-kmu.ch
Your profile:
As an innovative and team-oriented personality, you have a master's degree (university, ETH, FH), ideally related to work, health, and organizational psychology. You also bring the following:
- Preferably several years of practical experience in workplace health management or HR after your studies outside of universities
- Strong teamwork skills
- High affinity for digital tools
- Great interest in topics related to health in the workplace
