Your main tasks

• Professional, individual, and relationship-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• As the primary contact person responsible for ensuring the care process including the involvement of the social environment
• Contact person for relatives on topics of information, advice, and support
• Active participation in the implementation of our concept for protected dementia wards
• Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Assumption of daily and shift responsibility

You bring with you

• High motivation to jointly pursue our vision
• Proven professional experience in the field of dementia
• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or foreign diploma with SRK recognition
• Interest in further education and training (e.g., CAS in life-world-oriented dementia care)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good digital skills for electronic administration with BESA (future interRAI), easyDOK, and common office programs
