Your main tasks
- Professional, individual, and relationship-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- As the primary contact person responsible for ensuring the care process including the involvement of the social environment
- Contact person for relatives on topics of information, advice, and support
- Active participation in the implementation of our concept for protected dementia wards
- Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Assumption of daily and shift responsibility
You bring with you
- High motivation to jointly pursue our vision
- Proven professional experience in the field of dementia
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or foreign diploma with SRK recognition
- Interest in further education and training (e.g., CAS in life-world-oriented dementia care)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good digital skills for electronic administration with BESA (future interRAI), easyDOK, and common office programs
