As a Cluster Hotel Manager (all genders) for Southern Germany, you are the link between our houses in Southern Germany – Ruby Lilly and Ruby Rosi in Munich, Ruby Hanna in Stuttgart, and our Ruby Louise in Frankfurt. In Lilly, you lead your own house as a host, shape the spirit on site, and ensure everything runs smoothly. At the same time, you keep an eye on the other hotels, travel regularly, and make sure each house remains economically strong, operationally coherent, and truly Ruby. You combine strategic thinking with genuine host heart and love not only managing hospitality but actively developing it further.

We are a rapidly growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in the most exciting locations in Europe and many more projects under construction. We are taking new paths with our Lean Luxury philosophy and thus creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

• Are the first point of contact for our Ruby Lilly in Munich, your team, our guests, as well as external service companies and partners in all matters
• Represent our houses in Munich, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart, maintain close communication with the hotel managers from your cluster as well as with the teams on site
• Build strong teams, take care of recruitment, onboarding, and development of your employees in your own house, and ensure a positive working atmosphere – also gladly across your entire cluster
• Pitch in because you are not only a manager but also part of the team – leading by example 😉
• Always keep your numbers in view, adhere to the set budgets, and take care of forecasting and cost management
• Recognize trends, optimize processes, and are always one step ahead through your strategic planning
• Live and embody our Ruby spirit, take care of implementing our styles and quality standards, and ensure everything is in order

We have been waiting for you because you:

• Have several years of experience in an operational leadership role or a comparable position in lifestyle hospitality/gastronomy
• Have very good POS, PMS (ideally Opera Cloud), and business management knowledge
• Are a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both a team lead and team player
• Have a warm and heartfelt charisma and your communication skills make you shine in every interaction
• Possess a hands-on mentality and can charmingly respond to guest needs
• Speak fluent German and English
