To strengthen and strategically develop our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as a Senior Customer Advisor (80-100%).
Your tasks
- Leading and developing telesales projects together with 1-2 employees
- Strategic support and quality assurance of sales customers
- Direct approach and acquisition of new customers – by phone, email and in person
- Conducting customer discussions and contract conclusions at decision-maker level
- Close collaboration with the partner team in preparing offers and preliminary studies

Your profile
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally in business administration, communication or a related field, or comparable training
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, agency or service environments
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Advantageous: experience in the automotive, construction, hospitality or manufacturing industries
- Strong sales skills, high ambitions and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Strong communication skills – in Swiss German dialect
- Structured, entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
- Confident handling of digital tools and CRM systems
- Your goal: a long-term leadership role with development prospects
